The hotel is in the centre of downtown next to the Reno Arch and a short walk from many of the city’s casinos, shops, eateries, and other attractions. Guests stated that the rooms facing the street give great views of Reno’s famous casino strip.

The hotel parking lot is located across the street, which many guests said was not convenient. The parking lot fee is also not included in the booking cost, and visitors were charged every time they used the lot, even multiple times in the same day.

Numerous reviewers had issues with the climate control in their suites. People had trouble with both air conditioning and heating units being faulty at times, leading to comfort issues.
