Impressed by the architecture, the beautiful waterfall and the strolls along the wild romantic “Kaiserpromenade” it was hard for him to concentrate on his work during his stay… You still feel the fascination of these times as we retained the original furniture, the paintings and the silverware from 1895. The villa is situated on the famous Kaiserpromenade, far away from the noise of traffic. Just refreshing quiet and bird song… The most beautiful walks and promenades start directly in front of the Villa. Within 5 min (walking distance) you reach the historic village centre of Bad Gastein with all the impressive buildings of the Belle Epoque. Enjoy the beautiful view of the Gastein mountains in our garden or lying on a sun bed on the terrace.
