About Villa Carica

Villa Carica is situated in a place called Medići, near Omiš. It's located on the beach with a great sea view. Apartments are bright, spacious, very modern decorated and air-conditioned. Villa has four floors. There's an one bedroom (2+2) and two bedroom (4+2) apartment on each floor. All apartments have a sea view. Apartments on the ground floor have a big terrace, apartments on the first and second floor have a balcony and those on the third floor (attic) have a small terrace. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, microvawe, toaster...). Kitchen and living room are air conditioned. There's a couch in the living room that can be pulled out and becomes extra bed for two. Smaller apartments have one bathroom and bigger apartments have two en suite bathrooms. There are free chairs that you can take to the beach, take a cosy position and get a tan. There's a children playground on the west side of the house including swing and other interesting toys. For those who are rather gourmand, there's a barbecue in the front of the house and the big table where you can enjoy your dinner and a glass of wine in authentic mediterranean atmosphere during the sunset.
