Residence on the Sea of Abruzzo Kiara Residence is located on the very seaside of the Adriatic Sea, at one of the most picturesque beaches of Abruzzo, the so-called Golden Beach of Giulianova. Thanks to excellent beach quality characteristics, this beach of fine silky sand and clear sea water has been awarded the European Blue Flag mark. Giulianova, a gem of Abruzzo, is one of the most important marine resorts on the coast of the Teramo province, which is called The Blue Coast and has forty miles of beautiful wide sandy beaches. Contemporary building of the Kiara Residence overlooking the sea is located in the very south of the seaside town Giulianova, just a few steps away from the town centre and a quay with tourist port. Kiara Residence is open to visitors all year round. There are 24 apartments in the modern building of the residence, all equipped with contemporary facilities (air conditioning, phone, hairdryer, ADSL internet access, including Wi-Fi, LCD TV with satellite unit, safe box) and controlled entrance to the building with the help of entrance cards for complete safety of our guests.
