It's very quiet here. There's no need for sound insulation in these old buildings, the walls are so thick that there's no noise from the street outside - or from the neighbours inside.
The accommodation, overall, is very impressive - and so is the cost. All this and in a city centre location. Almost unbelievable value. Members of staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. Despite all the pressures, they remain friendly and relaxed at all times. Brilliant!
‘They're' obviously aware of the toilet smell/plumbing problem because when you report it they come back immediately with the advice to flush the loo. This does work to a degree but the memory lingers on in the form of unpleasant whiffs. Nothing is absolutely perfect and a further weakness here lies in the crockery and cutlery which hasn't been properly cleaned. Yuk!
Some of the views from the apartment are less than impressive. Unless you specify otherwise, don't be surprised and disappointed with views to the back yard and car park.
When you pull the sofa bed out, it takes up most of the space in the room. So, when you go to bed, so does everyone else! There's an extra cost attached to the sofa bed too, so that doesn't go down very well, either.
