Rooms are small and cramped
Rooms are well-equipped, but a lot of guests noted how small they are. They blamed that there are too many chairs that took up the space, and then complained that there is barely a space for them to walk around.

Lacking in signs- can be difficult to find
Many guests had a difficult time finding the property, as there were no big and clear sign at the front. Thus, they had to rely on the taxi drivers and porters who also had to ask around to find the property.
