Many guest felt safe to stay in the property because there was a 24-hour security available. It was nice to know this extra measure was taken there and made the guests feel at ease.

Many guests were happy to have a kitchen all to themselves in their apartments. It was nice to cook their own meals and be independent, especially since most guests were looking to have an apartment.

Many guests were happy to have nice views of the pier and the town area of Ocho Rios. The sun was also very nice to see during the mornings and evenings. It was a nice area with positive views that made for a relaxing time for many guests.

Some guests felt the apartments and property were in a serious and dire need of renovation and care. The basic amenities were not up to par with normal standards, such as air-conditioning not working and having no screens on windows. These were only a couple of examples.

Some guests found it inconvenient to not have a restaurant and/or bar option in the property as it would have been convenient to grab a last minute meal rather than drive to town for simple things.

For some guests, the steep hill to get to the apartments was a bit intimidating and they would have preferred a levelled area to walk to and from. Most decided to take taxi transportation to not face the hill. Many warn of the many stairs.
