The Property is located in the Anjuna area in an upscale gated complex called "Casa Del Sol" which houses 5 luxury Villas and 9 luxury Apartments. The property has 24 hours security with CCTV Surveillance and lush landscaped gardens. We provide 24 hours hot & cold running water, a common Swimming pool, a BBQ station and power back up for all the units. We provide Free WIFI as well as free parking inside the premises. All the units are fully furnished with air-conditioners in all the bedrooms as well as the living and dinning area, an equipped kitchen with all the necessary equipment's only the daily consumables will have to be bought by the guest, LED TV with Satellite connection, Refrigerator, Microwave,Electric Kettle, Induction, Washing Machine and well appointed furniture. We do not provide breakfast and other meals although the same can be ordered from nearby places or prepared in house. All the bedrooms have an attached bathroom plus a 4th bathroom for guests. The property is very close to Club Cubana and Splash down water. It is approx 2 kms to Anjuna beach and a 15-20 mins drive to the other beaches. There are loads of places to eat and party at a short distance. We provide fresh linen on the day of arrival and linen change is done twice a week. There is no room service but we provide alternate day housekeeping. We have a common swimming pool and the timings are from 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM, proper swim wear is a must. We can also arrange for airport transfers and car/bike rentals at an extra cost if required. Basically all you need to do is arrive with your bags and you are good to go. PLEASE NOTE THAT CASA DEL SOL IS NOT A RESORT/HOTEL, IT IS A HOLIDAY HOME.
