Expect to be completely blown away by this hotel. The spacious spa and the pool made guest want to return and would highly recommend to friends and family. They also thought the great selection of treatments on offer and the peaceful surroundings were the icing on the cake.
After feeling recharged, the changes are you'd like to relax in your room. According to guests, you're in for a real treat! Tastefully decorated and well facilitated , rooms offer ample of space and guests thought the iron facilities and the wet room were a really nice touch. Whether you're located on the ground or top floor, you're in no danger of hearing unwanted noise.
The first thing you want in the morning is a good hearty breakfast and the hotel's restaurant seemed to do that very well. There's a selection of continental and Full Breakfast, where guests mentioned it was cooked to perfection.
With all what the hotel has to offer, some guests thought they were in for a treat, especially when it came to reading the menu...sadly the reality was different. The dishes were mediocre at best, which left many guests feeling ripped off. ..and the same goes for the spa treatments.
Guests felt restricted by the hotel's rules which included no alcoholic drinks (less purchased from the hotel) in rooms and no trainers in the restaurant. Staying at this hotel isn't cheap and for that reason, guests felt that the hotel should be more liberal with the rules.
You may need to relax in the spa after tackling the Wi-Fi. Past guests were unable access the internet and if they do, it was frustratingly slow at best.
