The hotel is close to many restaurants bars and shops. Guests have an excellent view of the sea and enjoyed their walks to the beach. The hotel’s location in the centre of the city makes it very convenient for sightseeing and it is also well situated for shopping. The onsite supermarket makes self-catering very convenient.

The staff members are very courteous and interact warmly with guests. They have excellent knowledge of the surrounding area and are quick to recommend sites, restaurants and other attractions that they think might be of interest to you.

Some guests felt that the resort and the areas surrounding the pools were clean and very well maintained. Guests enjoyed their time at the swimming pools.

The Wi-Fi signal is not consistent and very slow.
The wireless internet connection at the hotel is quite weak in some rooms and the strength of the signal varies throughout the hotel. The speed is also very slow and only suitable for very light web browsing. Those wishing to handle large files were held at the mercy of the unpredictable internet connection.

Some guests complained about the comfort levels of the beds. The pillows were generally thought to be old and cheap. A few guests complained of neck and back aches in the morning after spending the night trying to sleep on the beds.
