The massage is great and the spa is refreshing. There are plenty of fun activities including water aerobics too. The pool for kids is a great addition and children love it. In fact, there is a pool for couples as well.

The Grounds Are Mesmerizing
You will be mesmerized by the resort’s stunning grounds. There is an abundance of tropical vegetation, beautiful gardens, and an overall peaceful ambiance. It really looks and feels like a resort.
positive:
Great Food Choices
Food choices are adequate. The Bistro restaurant has a decent choice and the Italian restaurant food is delicious. They also provide a good choice of wines and champagnes.

Slower Than A Snail
You can expect a long check-in at this resort. It can get so bad you could be waiting for an hour or two! What’ more, make sure you have a copy of any exclusive packages you may have booked. It seems that the check-in does not have an up-to-date system and may not have your full booking.
negative:
No Wi-Fi In The Room
There’s no Wi-Fi in the rooms! This is almost akin to having no water in the room. Wi-Fi has become such a must-have today, it’s amazing that a lodging place would not have access for visitors in the privacy of their room. It’s available in communal areas, which means no late night or spontaneous Internet unless you go in the lobby.

Check Your Bill
Check your bill for little sneaky charges such as “automatic donation” for a fund you know nothing about. If you ask about the charges, you won’t get a full answer; however, they will grudgingly ask if you would like the “automatic donation” removed.
