Positive Reviews
positive:

positive:
Impressive service from staff
The service offered by the staff at this hotel is subject to much praise among feedback from guests. A warm welcome aside, guests find the staff to be friendly and helpful throughout their stay. Check-in is said to be a quick and painless affair.
positive:
Enjoyable dining
The majority of guests were pleased with their dining experience at the Aire and Calder restaurant, typically commenting that the food is nicely prepared and there is sufficient choice available on the menu. Perhaps the only downside is that the restaurant gets very busy in the evening.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Some technical issues
Guests mention encountering some issues with the Wi-Fi. The free version is a little slow and when guests paid for the upgrade, they sometimes found the connection was unreliable. Plus, reviews suggest that you may not be able to get a strong mobile signal.
negative:
Traffic noise might disturb
Given that the hotel is so close to the M62, it will probably come as little surprise that guests report some traffic noise. The problem is exacerbated by the fact that due to the lack of air-conditioning, you'll probably want to open your window.
negative:
Too few towels provided
A minor concern perhaps, but several guests mention that too few towels were provided in the room. One set of towels for a family is clearly not enough. Unsurprisingly, guests found it frustrating to have to go to the front desk to ask for more.
