Negative Reviews
negative:
Comfortable hotel on a noisy road.
Although the vast majority of guests enjoyed their stays at this hotel and found it conveniently located, some found that its proximity to the busy road meant that it was quite noisy at times, which meant that sleep was disrupted.
negative:
Rooms are too hot for some.
Some guests have commented that they found the hotel to be too warm and stuffy. This impacted sleep and although windows do open to let in some cooler air, the noise from the road exacerbated the issue for those staying at the front of the hotel.
negative:
Free Wi-Fi should be improved.
Some guests had issues with the free Wi-Fi, with some disappointed that it wasn't working properly and others irritated at having to pay extra to watch films through the Internet.
