Positive Reviews
positive:
Convenient London Location.
For many, the best aspect of this hotel was its location. It’s just a few steps from Earls Court tube station and the Picadilly line. This allows easy access to Heathrow airport, as well as to the rest of London’s tube stops. In the local area there are a wide range of shops, markets and restaurants. The Victoria and Albert Museum is a twenty-minute walk away and Knightsbridge is a half an hour on foot.
positive:

positive:
Good Value for Cheap Stay.
This is a no frills place to stay, which offers breakfast and is situated in an excellent, central location with good transport links. It suits those on a tight budget, who want the convenience of being in central London, but without the attendant price tag that is usually attached in this location
Negative Reviews
negative:
Needs Refurbishment.
Many found that the hotel itself is rather run down. The facilities in the rooms are rather worn and this gives the overall impression of being old and shabby, even though the rooms are clean.
negative:
Rooms are Tiny.
Former visitors found the rooms to be extremely small, making it difficult to manoeuvre in them. Some rooms have bathtubs in the room, rather than in a separate bathroom.
negative:
Limited Wi-Fi.
There is Wi-Fi available in this hotel; however, it is only available in the reception area on the ground floor. Some found though, that even when they tried using it in this area, that the signal was patchy. There are however numerous coffee shops a short walk away which offer free Wi-Fi.
