Positive Reviews
positive:
This resort is good value for money.
This place offers rooms at surprisingly reasonable rates compared to other nearby resorts. This makes it a great choice if you are a backpacker or visiting Bali on a tight budget. You can save some cash and still enjoy excellent facilities.
positive:
Fantastic location in the centre of Kuta.
If you want to stay in Kuta then you can't really ask for a better location than this place. You're right in the thick of it all, surrounded on all sides by restaurants, shops, bars, and nightclubs. Let the holiday begin!
positive:

Getting what you need while you're a guest here is simple thanks to the cheerful and professional staff. They are always on hand to help with whatever you need, and all requests will be dealt with quickly and courteously.
Negative Reviews
negative:
The free Wi-Fi seems to drop out quite a lot.
If you simply must stay connected to the internet while you stay in Bali then this hotel might not be the best choice. The free Wi-Fi here is dreadfully slow and you really can't do much with it apart from check your emails.
negative:
Needs to be more choice at the breakfast buffet.
The breakfast buffet is lacking in choice, with many of the options being Asian cuisine. The breakfast buffet needs to appeal to a more international crowd, because there's a possibility you might not even find something to suit your taste.
negative:
Drains in the bathrooms are a bit smelly
There seems to be a problem with the plumbing here, especially in regards to the drains in the bathrooms. These can be particularly smelly, giving off a repugnant odour that will send you running away from your ensuite.
