Well-Appointed Accommodations
Rooms are beautifully decorated and offer an individual musical theme complete with its own room name. Attention to detail is well thought out with a Bluetooth music system, espresso machine, plenty of electrical plugs, and fast and reliable Wi-Fi. Beds are extremely comfy and rooms are spotlessly clean. Guests love the amazing rainfall shower heads as well.
positive:
Outstanding Hotel Staff
The staff at this hotel are friendly and polite. They speak English very well and offer a wonderful reception area where staff members are eager to give trip advice or organise a taxi for you. They also offer great restaurant recommendations and can give tips and tricks on getting around the city. Nothing is too much trouble, so be sure to ask if you need anything.

negative:
Rooms On Small Side
Some guests feel that rooms are too small. However, as this is a boutique-style hotel in Europe, smaller rooms are to be expected and guests say this wasn't enough to ruin their stay. They recommend getting out and exploring this beautiful city and you won't even notice the size of the rooms.
negative:
Breakfast an Extra Charge
Be aware that the breakfast buffet is not included in your room rate, and many guests feel it's rather pricey, especially for what you get.
