A lot of guests commented that one of their favourite parts of the stay was the breakfast. The coffee was so delicious, the food was attractive, and each item smelled fresh. In addition, the taste made the guests' palates dance for joy.

Despite the hotel's central location, guests were still able to sleep well because of the excellent soundproofing system. The noise from the outside was not that intense, and the walls were also thick enough so there was negligible internal noise.

Small and unclean lift
According to some guests, the lift is not that big and not very clean sometimes. However, the staff was always willing to assist the guests in transferring their bags. Moreover, the lift was functional all the time despite the small size.

Some of the phones did not work properly so contacting the reception area was a bit hard. There were times when it worked but guests had to dial the number for more than two times. Thus, you are advised to go to the reception area in person if you have urgent needs.

Some guests were not that happy because they had to wait longer than usual to check-in. The receptionists explained that their rooms were still being prepared, so they had to be patient.
