Positive Reviews
positive:
Great for an overnight before the airport.
Guests didn't recommend this hotel for a base to see the sights, but they did highly recommend it for a quick stopover on the way to the airport. Just 10 k.m. away, guests loved the convenience of getting to the airport, and they also pointed out the pub across the street, a pizza restaurant nearby, and a supermarket in close proximity.
positive:
A quiet stay.
The quiet neighbourhood that this hotel was located in meant that guests didn't encounter any noise disturbances. If you value sleep and aren't a fan of street noise, this should be a safe bet.
positive:
Wi-Fi for the win.
Connecting to the Internet was a breeze, thanks to a great setup for Wi-Fi. Guests said that there must have been a router on every floor, because they were able to surf the Web at lightning fast speed.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Soft mattress lovers beware.
Mattresses were described as hard as rocks by many disgruntled guests. They were either too hard or too thin, and despite the low price that guests paid, they expected a better bed to sleep on.
negative:
Hot and sweaty.
If you don't mind the heat, your comfort probably won't be sacrificed, but guests who like to sleep with cooler temperatures were often disappointed. Air-conditioning was available for an extra charge, but by the time most guests noticed that they were too hot, it was also too late.
negative:
Not the friendliest bunch.
With the exception of a one accommodating staff member, guests seemed to have bad luck getting good customer service. The customer didn't always come first here, and many guests said that this soured them on the whole experience.
