Guests liked the quiet location of the resort, away from the hustle and bustle of the city and very good for family outings. They liked the air conditioned rooms which are airy. They found the beds to be comfortable, and the recently renovated bathrooms are spacious and clean. In their opinion, the minibars are cheaper than in other hotels. Also very well furnished, most guests recommend this resort as it is excellent value for money.
Guests have found the hotel staff to be friendly and helpful, welcoming each one with a warm smile. Staff at the reception spoke English, and sorted out excursions and taxis with expertise. They found the staff going out of their way to make their stay memorable.
Guests loved the well shaded swimming pool with enough sun loungers. The tropical garden is a great sight. They also found that the water in the pool to be clean and warm. They feel that it is a great spot to get together and have a picnic lunch, while enjoying the sunshine.
Guests have complained that though the Wi-Fi service is claimed to be free, it is free only for a limited number of hours. Only one device can be used at a time. You have to re-login every time you want to access it. They find this procedure very tedious. The service is turned off at night. This is very inconvenient, as it clashes with the business hours in North America and Europe. The Wi-Fi is also erratic most of the time.
Guests were not very impressed with the continental breakfast offered as there is not much variety.
