    The guest house location is great. The beach is only a few blocks away and the night life is a quick ride with a taxi or Uber. The bay is nearby along with restaurants and shopping.

    Trying to find a parking space is difficult. Parking is supposed to be free and on-site; however, it is actually on the street! If you don't find a free space, you will have to pay a hefty sum to park near the apartment.

    What Exactly Is the Cleaning Fee For?

    You will be charged a cleaning fee; however, you may wonder what it's for after entering the apartment. There's a possibility you will find dirty linens, stains on the walls, mould on the ceiling, and a refrigerator with the odour of fish. Don't be surprised to find leftover grime from previous visitors and the term “non-smoking room” means nothing. Be careful when showering, the water has it's own temperament and unexpectedly turns hot or cold. What's more, you will probably encounter broken old furnishings and a remote that doesn't work.
