Do-not-disturb signs are ignored
Some guests say in spite of putting up the do-not-disturb sign on the door, the cleaning staff enters and cleans the rooms. They also move things around and guests say they end up having to hunt around for their items.
negative:
Uncomfortable beds
A few guests say that the beds and pillows are hard and they found them very uncomfortable to have a good night's sleep. The carpets in the rooms are threadbare and the toilets are so small that guests find it difficult even to turn around.

Small and slow lift
Many guests say that the lift of the hotel is very slow. It is also very tiny and can take only three people at a time, which guests find irksome.
