With the Royal Vincent being right in the middle of Blackpool, it is fortunate enough to be surrounded by a number of popular attractions. The likes of Blackpool Tower, Winter Gardens and Houndshill Shopping Centre are all less than five minutes away from the hotel on foot.

The majority of guests that have visited the hotel were happy with the welcoming nature of the staff. It is said, despite some dissenting voices, that the staff will always try to help with any enquiries you may have.

Whilst most hotels in Blackpool offer a bar area of some sort, very few are as expansive and feature-packed as the one at the Royal Vincent. With two pool tables, a plethora of arcade machines and a jukebox, it makes it a fun place to reside after exploring Blackpool.

Many previous visitors to the Royal Vincent were displeased with the state of their rooms – in particular, the tired and distressed nature of the décor and furnishings. The windows not opening, old-fashioned televisions not working and an overall dishevelled appearance are among a number of reported problems.

A lot of past guests have been vocal about the filthy nature of the rooms at the hotel. Although some have said the beds were clean, other areas of the room – including the carpets and en-suite – were said to be in a poor state.

While some guests were happy overall with the breakfast at the Royal Vincent, the majority did not feel the same way. Noted problems include a lack of options with the continental breakfast offering, while it has been suggested that cheap ingredients are used.
