Hotel Ramada by Wyndham Viscount Suites Tucson East (Tucson, USA)

Guests loved the airy suites, which had a separate sitting and TV area that could be closed off with a door, thus catering to the needs of early sleepers and late night TV viewers. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

Guests were happy with the large breakfast area, as well as the menu. They found the breakfast layout to be amazing. They were impressed with the great selection of hot food and made-to-order items like waffles and omelets, accompanied by a good variety of fruits. The breakfast time frame accommodated early as well as late risers.

Guests found the staff to be accommodative and attentive to the needs of the guests. They welcomed everyone with a smile. They liked the professional attitude of the staff. In one case, the staff readily agreed to shift a guest into a room closer to the pool area.

All guests were unhappy with the old-school CRT TVs that did not work most of the time. Guests have suggested that all TVs must be replaced with modern ones.

Guests felt that the furniture and the décor of the rooms are required to be revamped. The bathroom fixtures are old and corroded. There are no drain-plugs in the sinks. Some bathrooms get flooded after they are used. The shower unit is rusty. The key card did not work in most of the rooms.

Guests were not impressed with the fitness center of the hotel. Weights were missing and cardio machines were damaged.
