Positive Reviews
positive:
In a Quaint Area
Guests appreciated how staying at this hotel allowed them to enjoy being in a quiet neighbourhood, but not too far from tourist attractions. Although some guests felt it was a little too far to walk to the places they wanted to see, a nearby Metro stop takes care of transportation needs.
positive:
The Staff Members Are Very Professional
Guests reported how no matter what, staff members were very courteous and welcoming. Even when staff members were called upon to resolve minor issues, they did so very quickly, and without showing bad attitudes.
positive:
The Minibar Provides Free Soft Drinks
You won't have to go far to find refreshment when staying here, because the minibars have soft drinks you can enjoy for free. Each stay includes six complimentary non-alcoholic beverages, which is arguably an unusual but welcome perk.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Noise from Vehicular Traffic
Guests frequently complained about noises from the passing traffic and said they would have preferred if the windows had better glazing. Usually though, the noise was just a small issue, and one that could be easily fixed by using earplugs to block some of the sound.
negative:
Some Rooms Are Not Spacious
If space is a top concern, it's a good idea to do thorough research to find out just how large the room you intend to book will be. Although some guests were very pleased by the amount of space offered, others said they felt like the accommodations were cramped.
negative:
No Coffee and Tea-Making Equipment
Even though guests appreciated the free soft drinks from the minibar, they clarified it would be nice if the rooms included a kettle so they could make coffee or tea. If you can't do without, plan to pack a travel kettle to enjoy hot drinks whenever you'd like.
