Hotel Nertili (Saranda, Albania)

The hotel is a mere ten minute walk from the centre of town which means you are close to the town but still a bit far away so the noise from the centre does not bother you.

The rooms were found to be clean and comfortable by most guests. They were happy with the foam mattresses, the clean environment and the basics. The air-conditioning is also said to be effective and working well.

Many guests were happy with the nice views of the ocean from the rooms and various public areas in the hotel. It was nice to wake up to the ocean views and relax. The hotel was in a nice location by the beach.

Some of the guests who stayed here mentioned there was no real front desk to greet the guests and show them to their rooms. Guests had to stand and look for someone to meet them and if they had a query it was difficult to find someone.

Some guests were left with a bad impression of the hotel's restaurant when it looked like not many customers were there and also when they tried the food themselves. The breakfast was described as one of the worst with no fruit, tea or cereal. The bar has no seats and the food was poor quality.

Some guests felt the access to the hotel and the beach was not good as the steps were steep and were not finished. It would not be advised for anyone who would have trouble walking along these unsafe steps. Some guests recommend this hotel only for guests who do not mind this.
