Hotel Mirabeau Eiffel (Paris, France)

Quite a few guests mentioned that the hotel was looking very good when they visited. While there were no renovations going on at the time, they speculated that it must have recently undergone a major renovation.

Again and again guests mentioned just how friendly the staff at the hotel were. They were said to carry out their duties with a great attitude, and always seemed ready to help guests with their query or issue. Also some mentioned that their English language skills were top notch.

Unlike the experience at most hotels, guests at Mirabeau Eiffel seemed to have had great experiences with the Wi-Fi network. Going by guest comments, it seems to have been very reliable and more than fast enough for their purposes.

While this is of course a Parisian cliché, many guests did nonetheless point out that the rooms were very much on the small side. Even though very comfortable and well furnished, they seemed to want to spend as little time as possible in them as a result.

And another Parisian cliché. A few guests pointed out that the lift is very small, and that it's best to use when arriving and taking your luggage up to your room, one piece at a time. Otherwise it may be best just to take the stairs.

While only applying to the family room, several guests staying in that room reported that the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. In their opinion it was not merely a matter of personal taste, it was unacceptable, and the hotel should really consider replacing it with one that is comfortable.
