Positive Reviews
positive:
It's Well Equipped
The condos/timeshares are clean and nicely furnished. Everything you need for the kitchen is there including enough utensils, dishes, etc. There is a loveseat, sofa, recliner, linens, towels, etc. You have access to a washer and dryer right outside your door. Depending on what type of accommodation you have and where it is located, you may have lovely view of Lake Desoto.

Superb Above The Norm Wi-Fi
Yep, the Wi-Fi is not only free, it's fast and dependable too! It's rare in public accommodations to have such an excellent Wi-Fi connection. It's definitely a huge plus for the facility.
positive:
Places Nearby
The place is somewhat secluded, but there are some nice places to go like Magic Springs Amusement Park, Hot Springs National Park, Granny's Kitchen, and more. There are a lot of beautiful walking trails as well.

No Views What A Bummer
The property is lovely; however, because of the trees there are no real views. The saying "can't see the forest for the trees" applies here in an ironic way.
negative:
Spiders In Paradise
There are spiders galore on the property and they make themselves at home right on your balcony. You may see them inside your unit too. There is a positive side. Spiders eat other insects so that means fewer mosquitoes and other creepy crawlies.

Please, Don't Flush The Toilet
The toilets make a horrendous sound when flushed. It can actually wake you up from a deep sleep. If you are below with other units above you, get ready for the sound of your life. It's a HUGE annoyance. It's like a loud tidal wave coming at you.
