    Hotel Lanzarote Village is situated directly on the seafront opposite Los Pocillos beach on the Spanish island of Lanzarote. Rooms are en suite with bath or shower and feature balcony, telephone, air conditioning, heating, small fridge, hairdryer, satellite television and tea and coffee making facilities. Wi-Fi and safes are a chargeable extra. Hotel Lanzarote Village boasts free parking, table tennis, outdoor swimming pool, lush gardens, terraces, billiards, gym with sauna, Jacuzzi, games room, darts, playground and 24-hour reception. There is also a designated smoking area. An all-inclusive package is available. The buffet restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is a bar and a pool bar where snacks and ice cream are available. Cakes, pastries and fruit are served in the afternoon. Puerto del Carmen is on the south of the island and approximately ten minutes from Arrecife airport. The resorts golden, sandy beaches stretch for an incredible six kilometres.

    The hotel’s rooms have been mentioned by previous guests for being comfortable and spacious. They also commented on the cleanliness and liked that they were well-equipped with many amenities.

    Previous guests enjoyed the food offered by the hotel especially the choice available, the quality and how fresh it was. They also enjoyed the live cooking in the restaurant.

    The hotel is located next to the beach so many previous guests mentioned this. They also liked how the resort centre is within easy walking distance where there are many shops, bars and restaurants.

    Reserving sunbeds.

    Despite there being signs up saying that guests are not allowed to reserve sunbeds this was not enforced by the hotel which meant that beds were reserved early in the morning and then not used for most of the day.

    A little too refreshing.

    The pool is quite large so some guests mentioned that it was rather cold, however other guests said that this was really refreshing on a hot day.

    Average entertainment programme.

    Some guests mentioned that the entertainment didn’t occur every night. When it was on the adults enjoyed it as did younger children, but it was felt that there could have been more for entertainment for teenagers.
