Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites Springdale (Springdale, USA)

The indoor pool and hot tub was undoubtedly guest's favorite hotel feature. The hot tub was especially appreciated, since it allowed guests to melt away the day's stress in a great environment.

While the hotel is some distance from the center of Springdale, this fact bothered no guest. They enjoyed being just off the interstate, and in fact many booked here because if this location. They simply found it very convenient when arriving and departing by car.

The staff at reception were singled out for praise, with guests saying that they extended a warm welcome on arrival and were very friendly and helpful throughout their stay.

While housekeeping did also receive some compliments, there were simply too many guests complaining about dirty rooms for comfort. The problems were multiple, and ranged from moldy bathrooms to dusty surfaces, but it did not leave guests with a good first impression.

It seems that the hotel might be in the process of replacing their mattresses, with those who ended up with the old ones decidedly unhappy. Many were described as sagging in the middle, and caused a great deal of discomfort at night.

A surprising number of guests mentioned in their reviews that the elevator was exceptionally slow. Since the hotel is all of four stories high, they were unsure exactly why they were stuck humming tunes in frustration while waiting inordinate amounts of time for the elevator.
