Helpful and friendly staff
According to feedback, the members of staff at Timhotel Paris Clichy offer a friendly service and do their best to make sure that guests have a restful and relaxing stay here. They also speak English and it seems they go out of their way to solve issues that arise.
positive:
Budget option
Timhotel Paris Clichy represents a good budget hotel choice according to those who have stayed here. The hotel's lower room rates reflect the fact that the hotel is outside the centre of Paris, yet the proximity of the metro means that this isn't much of a drawback. While the facilities and services offered by the hotel are basic, guests found it clean and comfortable and more than adequate for their needs.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms on the small side
As with many hotels in Paris, it seems that some of this hotel's rooms are on the small side. If you are looking for more space, a Superior room may be a better choice.
negative:
Rooms can get hot
Although the rooms have controllable heating, it seems that they lack air conditioning which can lead to the rooms getting hot at times. Guests felt it necessary to open the windows to keep cool which then introduced unwelcome noise from outside into the room.
negative:
Housekeeping erratic
On a couple of occasions, housekeeping didn't clean or change bedding every day. However, for the most part, guests are very pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel.
