Negative Reviews
negative:
Nuisance noise encountered
Noise from neighbouring corridors and rooms occasionally travelled too easily and caused a nuisance for some light sleepers.
negative:
Critics claimed some rooms had drawbacks
Certain rooms had a dated feel and would have benefited from further modernization to give them a more modern ambience, it was claimed. Some critics also said they struggled to adjust the room temperature to their liking. The small size of certain rooms and bathrooms also attracted criticism.
negative:
Mixed feelings about customer service and value
Although many guests felt the prices were fair for mid-range accommodation in central Milan, some of those who paid steeper rates to stay during peak periods questioned whether it was such good value for money. While many guests had praise for the efficient, obliging and friendly staff, others claimed they encountered some rude or unhelpful personnel.
