Top-Notch Location.

Not Quite Done Yet.
Renovations are expected to be finished in the fall of 2015, but until then guests say the hotel is more like a diamond in the rough than a luxury property. Many areas are closed off with plastic sheeting, and the smell of fresh paint wafts through the halls.
negative:
Noisy Property.
Depending on where your room is in this hotel, you may have construction noise like drilling and sanding during the day. Work starts early but evenings are relatively quiet here and the outside street noise is minimal.
negative:
Photos Don't Match.
Some guests arriving at the hotel say it looks nothing like the pictures, especially the common areas. There appears to be a big difference in various rooms with some completely renovated and others not at all.
