The level of cleanliness at Hyatt Place Columbia-Harbison is superb and should certainly meet your satisfaction. Both in guestrooms and public areas, everything is well presented and tidy.

Staff at this hotel are excellent and will be friendly and attentive from the moment you arrive and for the duration of your stay. They seem genuinely interested in making sure you are enjoying yourself and will always handle any enquiries professionally and with a smile.

The property is in a fine position just near the highway and close to pretty much everything in Columbia. The Mall is close by, offering easy access a number of restaurants and stores. Local attractions include the zoo, which is only about 15 minutes away by car. Columbia city center is a similar distance.

There are a few noises from inside the hotel which might annoy you. The walls seem rather thin so you'll perhaps hear what is going on in neighboring rooms. Also, the air-conditioning is quite loud - especially considering the fact that it isn't very powerful. The elevators are quite noisy as well.

Some of the bathrooms at Hyatt Place Columbia-Harbison are absolutely tiny. Don't expect to be afforded much space in them. Indeed, it's a struggle to even close the door without moving around the side of the toilet.

Breakfast time at this hotel can be somewhat disorganized and crazy, with lots of people all converging on the restaurant at the same time. It's isn't always the most relaxing experience.
