The rooms at this hotel are well-appointed and clean throughout. They are quite spacious too making you feel like you're in a suite rather than a room. Guests are also impressed by their amenities such as the swivel TV and the large sofa.
The area around the hotel is full of places to eat and drink, and if you're in need of some retail therapy, then there are plenty of shops and shopping centers within easy walking and driving distance. It's also convenient for those driving as it is just off the Interstate.
It seems that some guests arrived at this hotel only to find that the hotel had overbooked and given their rooms to other guests. This is unacceptable and has happened on more than one occasion. Best to call before your arrival just to be sure.
The food served each morning is standard hotel buffet fare and nothing to get too excited about. The breakfast room is also small enough that you may have to wait for a table if it is crowded. Not a great start to the day.
