Some rooms missing a few things
Several travellers were unimpressed with the fact that not all of the accommodations at the hotel are equipped with certain features. Some rooms at the hotel don't have a window while other accommodations have a shared bathroom. A number of guests state this can put a damper on your stay if you are use to having these.

Web surfing in slow motion
There is free Wi-Fi in the rooms and common areas of the property. However, a number of visitors claim the speed of the internet is slow and makes visiting websites or streaming videos a painful process at times.

Service not at the forefront
A few guests say the standard of service at the property is pretty low if you happen to get on the bad side of the hotel's owner. The property is owned and operated by a family and while some visitors report having no issues with them, others were left frustrated by the service.
