    Guests have commented on the spotlessly cleaned rooms and have said that tables in the restaurant are cleared very quickly. At the buffet food is replenished regularly so there is always something available.

    The wine has been described as lovely by previous guests and they have also mentioned the wide selection of good quality food. Ice cream and slush drinks are available and are included in the all-inclusive package.

    The clientele of the hotel is predominantly German which means that there is a limited choice of television programs available in rooms.

    The pool can be cold.

    There is an indoor pool and an outdoor pool which can both be rather cold in the summer season as they are not heated. However in winter months the indoor pool is heated.

    Long airport transfers.

    Some guests have said that the transfer from the airport is quite long. Admittedly they have mentioned that this is not the fault of the hotel, but that it can take around one hour to reach the accommodation.
