Learn the Sleep System.
The Hilton Garden Inn has recently moved to adjustable Sleep System beds in the rooms, and some guests feel that this information needs to be more visible in the rooms, or mentioned at the front desk. Several guests only found out after telling the staff about their sleepless night on an uncomfortable mattress.

Tub for two?
A few guests were disappointed to find that the advertised two-person whirlpool tub was not actually roomy enough for more than one person. Others enjoyed the tub but found the jets very noisy.
