Being right in the centre of Osaka, Hotel Hankyu International offers easy accessibility to public transport. Guests found it easy to walk towards Umeda station, even getting a private cab was quite convenient.

Guests have enjoyed the food and drinks at the hotel's on-site restaurants. According to past guests, there are ample eating options for everyone, thus satisfying the need of every palate.  The food portion and food quality has been quite impressive to satiate guest's hunger.

The rooms at this property can be well defined as spacious and luxurious. Past guests have mentioned that the rooms would never disappoint in terms of space and offer you a good night sleep after a tiring day.

The staff at Hotel Hankyu International has been appreciated by past guests for their level of service. But there have been instances when guests were not assisted properly because of language problem which resulted in petty issues like wrong food and limited info about local area.

For some of the guests, their stay wasn't that enjoyable as they felt the hotel room was dingy and outdated. Even the furniture looked tired and worn off at places. Refurbishments shouldn't be delayed.
