Connecting to the free Wi-Fi here is a pain to start with, and then when you finally are logged in the speed makes streaming videos or music nearly impossible. The Wi-Fi is in desperate need of an upgrade here.
The room rate being charged here is punching a bit above its weight, with minimal facilities offered for the price. You could probably do better for your money if you search around.
Hampton Inn Winter Haven has certainly seen better days, it’s a shame that proper maintenance is not being carried out to keep this place in good order. Some decorating and refitting is sorely needed here.
