Positive Reviews
positive:
Conveniences for a longer stay.
As the name suggests, many guests chose this hotel for multi-night stays. As such, they were happy to find that rooms had ample space, sometimes twice the size of a regular hotel room. The full kitchen and laundry facilities were also much appreciated, and the ability to bring pets was the icing on the cake.
positive:
Wi-Fi does the job.
Guests were pleasantly surprised to find that Internet access wasn't an unpredictable situation. Checking you email and streaming movies shouldn't be a headache here.
positive:
Staff are trying their best.
The majority of staff members were striving to provide great customer service, which was noticed by a number of visitors. After a long day of traveling, it definitely helps to be welcomed warmly.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Cleanliness concerns.
Guests were left wondering if they had made a mistake on more than a few occasions. Often, guests didn't have to do a closer inspection to see evidence of previous occupants, and dirt and grime were a deterrent from staying in the future.
negative:
Plug your nose.
Non-smokers were especially bothered by the strong odors of smoke coming from a number of rooms, and if that wasn't a problem, then the smell of other people's cooking often was. It seems that this hotel needs to work on clearing out some of the offensive smells.
negative:
Noisy at times.
Thin walls weren't always the best at drowning out the sounds of TV, talking and general noise from other guests. Hallway noise was also a nuisance, and it was sometimes an issue even later at night.
