Unorganised and disheartening breakfast
Aside from the poor and limited selection of breakfast food, most guests were also disheartened with the overall breakfast service provided at the hotel. The buffet set up was not organised and the process of replenishing food was quite slow.

Unmaintained sleeping facilities
Most guests had issues with the old and dirty appearance of the beds, sheets, and pillows. The sheets and linens had visible stains and guests experienced being bitten by bed bugs, which was very disappointing. There were also some small cockroaches beside the beds so guests were not able to fully enjoy their stay.

Guests were dismayed with the poor quality of the shower area. The actual shower heads were not working in most of the rooms so they had no choice but to request for room transfer. Most guests were also not able to shower properly in the morning due to the defective shower heads.
