Positive Reviews
positive:
Plenty of choice.
At each and every mealtime, guests will find themselves presented with an array of choices, allowing guests to pick and choose what they wish to have, and to build up their meals into various options. The food is well prepared, and made with great, locally sourced produce, presenting a well-rounded meal.
positive:
Helpful and hardworking.
The members of staff at Hotel Europa Splash work diligently,
and tend to the rooms each day, so guests can expect well maintained, and well
cleaned rooms. When it comes to asking for assistance, the staff go out of
their way to see to their guest needs.
positive:
Waterslide fun.
While some guests may have chosen Hotel Europa Splash for the location, many have chosen it for the waterslides. The whole family, even those travelling without kids are encouraged to come and enjoy the festivities around the swimming pool.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Shared balcony space.
Each room opens up onto a balcony, and while this is a great option for all guests to sit on and relax after a long day, guests will find that these balconies are shared with neighbouring rooms. If guests find that they prefer their privacy, this may not be an ideal option.
negative:
Poor entertainment for kids.
There is a kids club offered, and guests signing their children up for this club may find themselves a little bit disappointed. The activities aren't well organised, and there isn't a lot of supervision, so some parents don't feel comfortable leaving their kids there.
negative:
Full board and clauses.
Although some guests have paid for full board, which should include all meals and drinks, guests have found that they were still charged extra for some drinks they ordered at dinner time, and were informed that they were only allowed water with their meal.
