The staff were generally very helpful, friendly and efficient, with special mention being made of the front desk and bellboy. A computer is available in the lobby for guests' use. There are numerous cafés and bars in the immediate vicinity.
Some rooms are a little small and lack soundproofing. Guests need to be aware that sometimes double beds are made by pushing twin bed together, it is possible to state a preference for a conventional bed.
There lacked tea and coffee making facilities, a guest felt that the selection at breakfast could be improved, and that the waiting staff did not appear to be at their best at that early hour.
