Negative Reviews
negative:
Attention to Customer Service Lacking
Guests say the service levels of the employees are hit and miss. Staff are not always professional or welcoming, and are sometimes down right rude.
negative:
Hotel Layout Issues
The hotel layout is very confusing for many guests and feels to them like a maze. The lobby is on the third floor and there is not a lot of intuitive signage, so that makes navigating this space more confusing.
negative:
Small Bathrooms
Guests say the bathrooms are small and poorly laid out. Not only that, you only receive one set of towels per room, meaning one bath towel, one wash cloth, and one hand towel. If there's more than one of you, be sure to ask for extra towels upon checking in.
