Quiet, but easy to Leidseplein and museums.

positive:
Friendly and professional staff.
Although not there 24 hours a day, the professional staff members are helpful when they can be, provide handy info for getting around Amsterdam and are friendly in doing so.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Rooms a bit small, but that’s Amsterdam.
Although some found the rooms smaller than they liked, they were still a functional size and a lot better than many of the options available in Amsterdam.
negative:
Wi-Fi can be slow at times.
If you plan to use the free Wi-Fi for anything other than emails or light trip planning, then the occasional slow speed of it means you may have to seek out an alternative.
negative:

A small number of d''Amsterdam guests have found the beds to be a touch too hard for their liking, but that seems to come down to personal preference as the vast majority of people appear to have had no such problems.
