Negative Reviews
negative:
Expensive on-site parking
While the on-site underground was a plus, some guests felt that the additional expense of parking was too high.
negative:
Rooms without a view
While some rooms feature views of the skyline or lake and harbor views, other rooms do not offer such picturesque views. Some guests requested rooms with a view and were disappointed when this request was not met and they instead had a street or car park view.
negative:
Communication needs attention
While staff received mostly favorable reviews, some guests were upset that they were not informed that the breakfast buffet and car parking was not complimentary, and they were surprised by the bill received at the end of their stay.
