positive:
A standard, pleasant hotel stay
The rooms follow industry standards, which means you can count on clean rooms and comfortable beds. The continental breakfast is better than usual because it also includes several choices of hot foods. There's even a lending library for book worms. The rates are quite reasonable.
positive:
Efficient and accommodating staff
The staff here will give a warm welcome and keep up with the customer service. They are efficient with business practices, but also address issues and concerns brought to their attention.
Negative Reviews
negative:
Noisy in unexpected ways
While you might expect hotels located next to busy roadway to be loud, the interstate isn't the main problem. Instead, your biggest noise complain will be right inside your own room. The heater, air conditioner, and bathroom fans are excessively loud. The rooms don't have soundproofing, so you will be able to hear your neighbours.
negative:
Rooms are quite small
The hotel rooms are smaller than other you might have experienced. Other than the beds, there really isn't even room for a chair. The bathrooms are also really tiny and have the sink located in the bedroom area, rather than in the bathroom. Other issues are poor lighting and the lack of a lift for help with luggage.
negative:
A busy junction
The hotel itself sits on a very busy street. Getting into and out of the parking area will take some patience on your part.
