Hotel Chavanel (Paris, France)

The hotel's location is found to be ideal for guests who wanted to explore the city. It was close to a shopping area and to various tube stations. It is also an easy walking distance to museums, restaurants and other sites.

Many guests enjoyed the boutique feeling of the hotel and the modern decoration that came with it. They felt the furnishings were comfortable and new while the colors were vibrant and lively.

The staff members are found to be friendly and open to helping guests with their queries. Even if guests did not know French, they tried their best to communicate and greet the guests with good customer service skills.

The rooms were found to be too small for some guests to put their luggage in and also have some room to roam around. Even if the suitcases were small, the space was not enough. The hotel was also small and the lift was found to be tiny as well.

Some guests felt the rooms were not doing well with toning down the noise level coming from the traffic and the nearby metro station. It seem to vibrate the rooms with the loud noise. Some guests could even hear people talking next to the rooms.

For those guests that used the hairdryer available, they found it to be very low-power and would have liked a more powerful tool to use. They found that it only lasted a couple of minutes and then they had to wait more minutes before it turned on again.
