The brilliant sea view from the rooms is breathtaking as the hotel is located close to Almuñecar's San Cristobal Beach and few minutes' walk from Ornitologico Loro Park. There are several restaurants, shops and pubs in the vicinity.

TV list has limited foreign channels
A number of guests complained about the few entertaining channels. Most who voiced their concerns were non-Spanish speaking guests who found the fewer choices to be unexciting. They felt that most channels didn't accommodate them.

A number of guests were put off by the absence of coffee making facilities in some of the guestrooms. Most of them felt that such features should be included in all rooms.

A few guests raised concerns regarding the state of parking at the hotel. A few felt that the extra fees were quite high. When the hotel is busy, the parking situation gets alarming as few spaces are available. As such, it makes others to seek alternative parking in areas near the hotel.
