Some units can be quite loud as noise travels easily between areas. It's possible to hear waters rushing through the walls from nearby rooms. The rooms near the elevator and near the restaurant area can be unpleasant as those noises can be heard throughout the day and night.

Walking to and from the hotel could be problematic for those with mobility issues. The hotel is located on a steep hill and lugging up and down for simple errands can be bothersome. A taxi is best for longer trips or trips with luggage and taxis in the area are quite expensive.
